Zakir Hossain, Father: Late Abdul Hai, Mother: Late Sufia Begum. Born: 15th February 1967 in Telikhali village of Bhandaria police station of Pirojpur district. He spent his youth in Telikhali, a verdant village standing on the banks of the Khasrota Kacha river. From his student days, he had a keen interest in literature, journalism, photography and travel. In continuation of that, Mr. Borhan Ahmed, Executive Editor of the then daily Janakantha newspaper, first in 1990.
